Technology for High Yield & Ecofriendly
Organic Horticulture

"We are what we eat."

Ludwig Feuerbach

We @Agrocket believe that everybody deserves to live a pure and natural life. Quality of life starts with what is on our plate. Our supermarkets are filled with fruits and vegetables which are grown with harmful pesticides and unsustainable synthetic fertilizer. The water reserves are running dry – very fast – because of unsustainable water usage in irrigating farmlands. We are solving all above problems by growing zero pesticide fruits & vegetables using sustainable organic fertilizer and save precious fresh water from being wasted. Our vision is to save precious resources for generations to come and make pure organic fruit and veg available at the same retail price of conventional fruit and veg so that all of us can afford organic freshness & goodness and enjoy a better life without pinching their pocket. Following are our key partners and supporters.

Affordable, ecofriendly organics for all

Our Mantra

We are a small group of highly dedicated, skilled individuals bringing our vision to reality in Australia and around the world.

Tom Fontaine

Tom Fontaine - Chief Executive Officer

Tom is a professional engineer with over 25 years’ experience in starting, running, and building resource companies. He is currently focussing on sustainable technologies in agriculture and energy space.

Thomas Emery

Thomas Emery - Chief Project Manager

A mechanical engineer, policy researcher and analyst – Thomas is interested in taking Agrocket to the remote indigenous communities to improve the quality of living. His vision is to build a sustainable economy for Western Australia and the world by building industries of the future.

Alinda Mondal

Alinda Mondal - Head of R & D

Alinda is an expert in the areas of product R&D, proof of concept, software development, artificial intelligence algorithm development for optimal plant growth. He is also a data engineer in Microsoft cloud computing.

We are offering a patented closed-loop, soil-based organic farming system (with cloud-based AI) which significantly reduces electricity, water and fertilizer consumption (compared to conventional horticulture) and significantly increases the production (compared to current organic horticulture)

Key Features

  • Local & remote soil condition monitoring
  • Local & remote irrigation control
  • Multi-layer operational fail safety
  • Intranet & internet based monitoring & operation
  • Cloud based data backup & disaster recovery
  • Cloud based AI analytics & reporting to user
Farming Hardware Icon

The Farming
Hardware

The farming hardware consists of flatpack modular planters, water storage, float valve, watering channel, irrigation modules and related modules. The system ensures that no water or nutrient is wasted. The farming hardware is designed in a way that the user can modify the size and shape of the farm as it suits.

Electronic System Icon

The Electronic
System

The easy to install and use electronic system consists of smart sensors, pumps, electronic valves, HD monitoring camera, controllers and Wi-Fi gateway. The electronics consume over 90% less electricity – in core operation – compared to hydroponic farming system. The multi-layer fail safe electronics can operate even if the wireless network is broken.

Software Suite Icon

The Software
Suite

The desktop software application remotely monitors the smart electronics and controls targeted irrigation. The mobile software application is used for on-site smart monitoring and operation of the farming system. The software application can operate with and without internet. Internet is used to back up data in the cloud.

Cloud Icon

The Cloud
Services

The software suite can access the cloud over the internet for data backup. The data backup enables easy data restoration in case of hardware failure. The cloud also runs comparative AI analytics to calculate optimum growing conditions for plants and report recommended actions to be taken to the user, as necessary.

The cloud also runs comparation AI analytics to detect optimum growing condition for plants under a certain growing condition, reporting to the user, as necessary.

Core advantage of our smart horticulture system

Agrocket Smart Organic Farming System Advantages

...and many more.

1 Example – Growth of standard variety of tomato in AGROCKET system is 10.11 kg/sqm compared to global average of 3.70 kg/sqm
2 Conventional farming take 214 litre water to grow 1 kg of tomato whereas AGROCKET takes only 73 Litre of water
